Order & Delivery Information

All our abayas are handcrafted, therefore when purchasing ready-made pieces, please allow 72 hours for your order to be packed before it is shipped. Our business operates on weekdays only, so orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next working day.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled, as it will already be in processing by our team.

UK Delivery

We ship all UK orders via Royal Mail. Please note that during peak seasonal periods, delivery time frames may vary depending on your chosen courier’s operating hours.

At checkout, you can select your preferred delivery method, and all shipments include tracking details for your convenience.

Please note: We do not currently offer delivery outside of the UK.

Made-to-Order Production at Raha London

At Raha London, all our designs are handcrafted to order—we do not keep ready-made stock. As such, we kindly ask that you allow 2–3 weeks for your order to be made before dispatch. During busier periods, please allow up to 5–6 weeks for production.

Once your order is complete and ready for dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey to you.
