These terms and conditions govern the sale of products by Raha London through our website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not accept these terms, please refrain from using our website.
2. Product Information
All our designs are handcrafted to order; we do not keep ready-made stock. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations may occur. We strive to display product colours and images accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will accurately reflect the actual product.
3. Ordering and Payment
To place an order, you must provide accurate personal and payment information. We accept payments via major credit/debit cards and PayPal. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please review your order carefully before submission, as changes cannot be made once production has started.
4. Production Time
Please allow 2–3 weeks for your order to be handcrafted before dispatch. During busier periods, production may take up to 5–6 weeks. We will notify you via email once your order is ready to be shipped, including tracking details.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We offer delivery within the UK via Royal Mail. Delivery times may vary, especially during peak seasons. All shipments include tracking details. We do not currently offer delivery outside of the UK.
6. Returns and Cancellations
Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we do not accept returns or cancellations once an order has been placed and production has begun, except in cases of defective or damaged items. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 working days of receipt with photographic evidence, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including designs, images, logos, and text, is the property of Raha London and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
